KINMEN KAO LIANG LIQUOR

Kinmen Distillery is located on the west coast of Kinmen, a small island consisting of 12 islets of different sizes. Kinmen distillery was established in 1952, and produces a full-bodied, robust kaoliang that is one of the best of the clear liquors. There are a number of reasons for the quality of kinmen's kaoliang. The combination of Kinmen's weather and mineral rich waters results in the finest white liquor around. Kinmen also uses the locally grown sorghum to produce Kao Liang Liquor. The distillery still uses a number of rational fermenting and distilling techniques. These factors combine to make Kinmen's kaoliang an exceptionally smooth spirit that warms the body, but does not go to the drinker's head. Repeated fermentations and distillations produce a straightforward liquor. Also known as "Taiwan's Firewater", Kao Liang possesses a unity of appearance, bouquet and flavor, like a fresh dawn mist. Its taste is sweet and round, and its touch is pleasing to the palate.

TAIWAN BEER

A Gold Medal Winner at the World Monde Selection and well known for its nutrional benefits, Taiwan Beer is Taiwan's national and best-selling beer. Brewed since 1945 with barley malt, hops and ponlai rice, it has a 4.5% alcohol content. Served cold in the summer, and room temperature in the winter this "liquid bread" will satisfy the palate as well as the body. Taiwan Beer has a golden hue and unique taste honored world-wide.

CHU YEH CHING LIQUEUR

Chu Yeh Ching (Bamboo Leaf Green), an aromatic liqueur containing sugar along with the essence of bamboo leaves and other plants. The liqueur is flavored and colored with bamboo leaves and Chinese herbs, and features three characteristics: a light green color, a refereshing scent and a pleasant sensation on the palate; especially suitable for summer drinking.

The manufacturing method and raw materials are the same as Shaohsing Wine V.O. with the exception that a more advanced technique of fermentation is used to enhance the quality. As a result, it is a pleasure to your palate and superior to Shaohsing Wine V.O.

KAO LIANG LIQUOR

Deriving its name from Kao Liang which is grown in the north of China, made through unique solid-phase fermentation and distillation, and stored to mature. It is a type of Chinese traditional spirits, known for its strong taste around the world.

NG KA PY LIQUEUR

TAIWAN PLUM WINE

Made from taiwan fresh red and green plums. A superior wulung wine made from tea is mixed with cane sugar, mollasses alcohol, and extract of fruit. It has a brght red plum color and aroma of a tea-wine. Has won a Gold Medal om the international wine selection. Serve cool or on the rocks, great in cocktails.

TAIWAN TEA BRANDY

LYCHEE WINE

Lychee is a sweet fleshy fruit with a thin spiny skin. Its translucent flesh is crisp, refreshingly juicey and very fragrant. Lychee Wine has a lovely golden colour, with a wonderful rich taste. Serve it ice cold either straigh-up, or on-the rocks with your favorite food. Great in martinis and cocktails.

TAIWAN MICHIU
