SEMPUKU "KURA" Junmai Dai-Ginjyo

Sempuku's "Kura" uses only permeated spring water naturally filtered by Mt. Haigamine.  It is presented in a white bottle reminiscent of the traditional Japanese Sake cellar.

 

"Kura" is crafted from two specially grown strains of rice, Yamadanishiki and Omachi-Hattan providing a smooth taste and a fresh aroma.

 

It can be best enjoyed when served "on the rocks" or chilled.
